Financial Aid,
Discounts and Scholarships
SWAC is
committed to working with families in financial need. SWAC provided over $25,000 in
discounts, financial aid and performance scholarships last
year.
Training
Philosophy
SWAC uses a ‘progressive’ age
group program designed to develop a swimmer physically, mentally
and emotionally in a systematic fashion. A well-defined,
long-term approach of gradually increasing performance levels is
crucial for optimal performance during a swimmer’s mental and
physical prime. In the early stages of participation, emphasis is
placed on developing technical skills and a love for the
sport. In the later years more demanding physical and mental
challenges are introduced in training.
