Coaching Staff Performance Goals

• Encourage positive mental attitudes, mutual respect, and a sense of self-worth leading to a ‘can do’ atmosphere of goal setting for the individual and team.
• Teach and develop ‘life skills’ through our swimming program.  Swimmers should leave our program better equipped to succeed in life.
• To enable swimmers to learn, train and compete at their highest individual level of achievement.
• To achieve 100% improvement on a seasonal basis.  Each season every swimmer on SWAC should achieve at least 1 personal best time.
• To expand the team in numbers and reputation enrolling the greatest number of individuals possible while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• To place in the state’s top 3 in overall team standings at the Senior and Age Group State Championships.
• To have a significant individual and relay presence at the National and Junior Championship levels of United States Swimming (to score points).
• Provide every swimmer the opportunity to grow and succeed to their highest level, including the Olympic Dream
