FRANK THE TANK IS SWAC'S NEW SENIOR ASSISTANT!!!!
Frank Vaccaro will be on deck starting September 4 and will stay with the senior team and Homestead the entire year. Frank brings a super positive attitude and wealth of experience to the senior team. He has been a head coach at the club, high school and Colegiate levels. I consider this to be one of the biggest hirings SWAC has ever had and it should mean a ton of positive things for all of SWAC's Senior Swimmers.
